Progess Update January 3, 2012: Contractor is trenching at the start of section three (3) this week and will be going East. They will be laying pipe this week

* Potholing refers to the search for existing utilities.
* Boring refers to tunneling beneath the ground.
* Pipe laying is the actual installation of the new water pipes.
